DayState

Per-day public state. One state per day, one identifier per day, one recomputable artifact per day.

Subject: BTC daily on-chain metering — a baseline series recomputed block by block on our side, published as citable static cards.

★ A hard rule we state up front

The legacy domain psl.antinel.com is kept forever and never taken offline. Its URLs have been published and have entered agent corpora. When it moves to /daystate/, the old addresses must 301 permanently — a 404 would cut the recompute entry point for every existing citation at once.

AgentState records behaviour; DayState records what a given day's facts look like. Both sit under Antinel. More <X>State lines will follow — that is a naming discipline, not a roadmap.
